Girls high school state championship game. Kids run on field to congratulate team. Cop starts randomly kicking and trying to trip kids as they run on the field. Pushed one girl down as she was trying to fun on field.

Couple of possible reasons.
State tournament finals are held in Austin (Georgetown is basically a suburb of TX). Vandegrift High School is in Austin. I am guessing the final was on Saturday or Sunday.
My team went to state and we played Thursday and they let the kid from school have the day off to come watch out state semi final game (my high school was in Katy), so if this game was during the school week kids might have come just to get out of school.

If you're talking about the high school I played for, it was Katy Taylor. We went to the state finals back in 2000.
