I guess. It's the same principle as a professional foul just reversed, which is generally applauded by fans.

Embarrassment to the flag IMO. I would hope that never happens.
Leichsteiner plays for Juve, my team. 2 years ago he was a diving fool and it angered me to no end. I still dislike the guy, it was an embarrassment to our whole squad.

I concur. gotten into many arguments with nba folks about this. we just have some faux-manly stigma against flopping as opposed to other forms of cheating.

The thing that blew me away in the Uruguay-Brazil game was this sense that Neymar was on a completely different level than even a guy like Suarez when it came to diving/embellishment.

pretty much everyone has dived or embellished at some point so it seems pretty accepted to me
