Zadan and Meron will serve as executive producers on the show, which falls under the duo’s overall deal at Universal TV. Rogers will serve as a producer. Storyline’s VP Development Mark Nicholson, who helped bring this to the company, will also serve in a producing capacity. Zadan and Meron are coming off a strong showing at the Emmys last week, netting a total of 18 noms for all of their event/longform projects — eight for the Oscars telecast, four for the Bonnie & Clyde miniseries, four for Sound Of Music LIVE! and two for the Anna Nicole movie.

The biggest joke in this comedy is when the Galaxy traded away Mike Magee for him.

The only funny thing about Robbie Rogers is watching him dribble out of bounds.

I'm all for GLBT equality, but he used his situation to get out of Leeds (not to imply Leeds had any intentions of keeping him). He was lucky to get any playing time when loaned out to a League One team.
I'm glad he was secure enough with himself to come out, but to act like he was being singled out because of being gay is a flat out lie.

Probably in his best interest he left Leeds after coming out

I would think their fans too busy trying to fight Man Utd and Millwall supporters to know whats going on with Leeds United squad.

Warnock was looking to move him on anyway to clear waged so idont think it had much to do with that. He was transfer listed right when the season ended, loaned out then had his deal canceled

Maybe I'm having selective memory, but I thought the reasons Rogers gave for quitting soccer was that he was scared of not being accepted in the locker room.
He has always under-preformed, but I remember thinking, "bull shite" when he said something to the effect of why he was leaving Leeds.

I wouldn't blame him if he just wanted to take a break and collect his emotions, but I have a hard time believing that this day and age that homophobia would be big enough to make you quit a career playing sports.
