It's pretty bad and most match going Arsenal fans will tell you that. Nothing like the old ground.

Beautiful stadium but the fans are way to far away from the pitch especially when sitting in the upper tiers.

I was there for the Bayern home leg last week and it was incredibly toxic. The stadium was at maybe 75% capacity and they didn't make any noise save for Theo's goal.

I was there too and perfect way to describe that match. My co worker said most matches are not much better that that.

He said people yell at you to sit down if your standing up. The way is designed you can tell it's hard to get chants and songs organized together.

Well I mean I would want to come to a game when we were challenging for the league or very competitive.

This board and ownership are killing this team. It is really sad too watch. I know once you get behind first and reality sets in its much harder to compete knowing you won't get first. I hate talking bad about the only team I've ever followed in Europe. It's really frustrating.

The board are what has killed Arsenal FC, not Wenger.
If we had a board and/or owner that knew anything about football we'd have either dropped Wenger years ago or made sure he stepped it up both on the pitch and in the market. We would've actually hired assistants that can teach positions instead of letting the manager just tell you you're going to play this spot, "figure it out" so to speak.
I love Wenger, but man he really needs someone there to help him or he should just step down and take an executive role (or up, depending on how you view his current position of power).

Wenger is the biggest problem atm. I agree that the board and owner are ultimately responsible but if we want change we have to start with the foundation. Get Arsene out first. How do we know if a new manager can change things if we don't hire a new one. Arsene leaving would put the board/owner under a microscope and we will finally see if Wenger was behind how much money we spent over the years. My point is the board hides behind Wenger so the logical step is to get Arsene out first then put pressure on the board and owner.

oh I understand. I just wish that when Wenger leaves we'd get them out also. I'd rather not have a new manager come in and try to run things that has to do it on a tight budget with a clueless hierarchy.
Hell, minus the manager inconsistencies, I'd like for us to model Chelsea. An owner that wants to win instead of focusing solely on profits is what we need. And a great manager wouldn't hurt either

We are in limbo because of Silent Stan right now. As long as the money keeps coming in he doesn't care. Our only hope is that Kroenke feels the pinch of losing the ucl money. Perhaps after a couple of seasons out of ucl it will force him to change things within the club. Or perhaps that's wishful thinking.

Xhaka completed 89 out of 107 passes for 83% completion. Had a couple of interceptions too.

Giroud now with a goal every two games for club and country this season. Not too shabby

Edit: Giroud is now the 10th all time leading goal scorer for France

For y'all keeping score back home, that's now three current or former Arsenal players in the top 10

Gosh I love this man

I'm reading we might swoop in for a Napoli player this summer... Let's hope for a raid of Insigne, Mertens and Hamsik hahah

If Arsene goes, this will prove to be an interesting summer.

He stays, which now seems likely?

Not so much.

At least not interesting in a good way.
