It is a bit concerning especially since their profit will only be marginal (if any is made at all).

Yeah that's really all I was thinking.

He certainly has all the tools even if the EPL won't offer him much reprieve from the faster, physical play that he said bothered him his first season in Serie A.

A couple of years ago he seemed ready to break out into being an absolute superstar and maybe coming into a new setting with something to prove will be just what he needs.

For the price, it seems like a good bet.

Did they get a red card on their striker after he got fouled or score a late offsides winner against 9 men? Oh wait

I'm just as pissed as you are about that game, but that's in the past.

Well then technically so is the Tottenham game. You can't excuse Fergie's actions by saying "well they are only 5 points up instead of 7" so it's justified. From a Chelsea point of view if we had won that game, which we looked well on the way to doing, we'd by 5 points back instead of 11.

The whole point is yet again the person with the least cause to bitch about officiating is the person who does it the most often.

Clear contact without touching the ball. Doesn't necessarily warrant the outrage from SAF, but a PK nonetheless.

+1

With that said, the outcome of the game was fair, a tie was what both sides deserved imho.
