Yeah. Shaw looks like he'll be a solid LB for you guys for quite a while.

Real Madrid's Denis Cheryshev, who is currently on international duty with Russia, told local reporters he has a €200m buyout clause.

"It was the club's decision. Real Madrid probably didn't want anyone else to sign me", the winger told Sport Express ahead of Russia's Euro 2016 qualifier against Sweden. Cheryshev, who came through the ranks at Real Madrid's youth academy said that, just as in previous seasons, there were clubs interested in signing him during the summer transfer window, but no "firm offers".

"There was interest in a loan deal, but Real Madrid did not want to let me go", he said. The Russian admitted it is hard to play when the team's star player, Portugal's Cristiano Ronaldo, plays in his natural position. He went on to describe not being named in Rafael Benítez's squad for the league games against Sporting Gijón and Betis as "unpleasant". "Still, a footballer has to keep working hard to earn a call-up and some playing time. You can't relax, because if you do, you definitely won't get a call-up", he said.

Yeah, it just gets me that United fans lit us up about Sterling when this is 100% the biggest overpaid fee for a player in a good while.

Shaw has been good. I don't think he was worth what you guys spent, just like Sterling, but the fact that he's English added to the fee so it was pretty fair.

Cheryshev

He's from Nizhny Novgorod. He most likely makes more than all of the players on his hometown club Volga combined.

So apparently the Martial fee is going to be £57.6 mil.

no its not

if he hits all his add ons, which are insane.Have you been keeping up at all. If the fee gets that high then he will be leading the league in scoring and winning the fifa player of the year.

I just enjoy it after all the Sterling shite talk.

"You don't pay that money for potential!!!"

The difference is we are not jumping up and down about this buy or paying way over the odds like City fans did with Sterling. Or trying to justify his price tag.

Most United fans are like wtf did we just do and are not that thrilled in paying that much for the kid.

If this doesn't work out, how long until this current regime is out?

It just makes no sense what Ed did this summer.

Earn 25 France caps in next four years £7.2 million
Win Ballon d'Or before June 2019 £7.2 million

#2 is a lock

hes not even close

ive also seen this being posted on some United boards as the possible add-ons

quote:

Monaco will receive € 50 million guarantee. This will be paid in the amount of € 30 million up front, followed by four payments of € 5 million each year in July.
The additional unsecured expenses, totaling another € 30 million. These include € 5 million each time Martial is the top scorer in the Premier League, to a maximum of € 15 million. Another € 5 million will be due if Martial wins Golden Boy. The final € 10m will be paid if Martial won the Balon D'or career in Manchester. It is interesting to note that all the terms are future individual successes

Inter goalkeeper Samir Handanovic is reportedly set to sign a contract extension.

The Slovenian international’s current deal expires in 2016, and he had been linked with a San Siro exit this summer after failing to agree new terms.

However, Gazzetta dello Sport is today reporting that an extension has been agreed, with Handanovic set to stay with the Nerazzurri until 2019.

Manchester United paid a bargain £6.5m for Bastian Schweinsteiger when they lured the 2014 World Cup winner from Bayern Munich in July.

The 31-year-old was widely reported to have cost the Reds £15m but Schweinsteiger’s first club TSV 1860 Rosenheim, have revealed that United’s executive vice chairman Ed Woodward pulled off a coup when he shelled out almost £10m less for the Germany captain.

“The transfer fee adds up to 9 million euros (£6.5m),” the German club announced on their official website.
