Good game all around. Bellusci gave me a few heart attacks... but all in all fair.
Really wish we could have taken all three.
This team will be fun to watch this season.

Wood had 3 or 4 chances... bumbled them. One was a nice clear cut chance that he blasted over.
Dallas had a nice deflection that keeper pushed over the bar.
Mowatt got in the box once and let a left footed shot go wide.
Berardi was really impressive overlapping with Byram.
Cook and Adeyami were tidy in midfield.
Bellusci was solid, but still seems the weak link as he has lapses that could cost us.

Wood prob still needs a few games to be fully match fit. Hopefully the goals will come. Great strike by the beard.

Uwe said they would keep their eyes and ears open during the loan window. Could use another winger, cb, and extra cover/ different option up front.
Midfield looks good especially if the likes of bianchi and sloth contribute anything. Adayemi has been a pleasant surprise.
Its now or never IMO. cook, mowatt, byram, taylor will be ripe for the picking next summer. Really need to get a new deal done for sam.

Byram and Mowatt have both had rough starts to the season.
Phillps looked great while Cook was suspended, would love to see him play for Adeyami (when he is rested).
Antenucci and Murphy playing well will likely see Mowatt moved to the bench.
If Byram doesn't sign a contract extension by January, I could see him shopped for a true right winger.

we need to strike a warnock/SWAGgrass agreement with byram. just sign like a BS two-yer extension and if the club is going nowhere by next summer then sell him so we can get something in return (granted i think he'll still return something even if he leaves for free since he is under 23...tribunal and all that)
think mowatt is still finding his way in the 4-3-3, byram is probably better playing a little further back, which probably explains the emphasis on getting botaka and hopefully another true winger to go along with dallas.
