Those are concepts made by some dude with Photoshop. All you need are the templates.

I think it's funny that random guys with photoshop come up with better looking jerseys than multibillion dollar companies.

To be fair, that multibillion dollar company did come up with those designs, just for different teams. I know for sure that the one on the right is the Croatia away just with Barca colors. The one in the middle looks like the Netherlands away.

They are. But they still look better than what Nike came up with for Barca's actual uniforms. I see no harm in doing some slight recycling with good looking jersey designs.

Yeah but that's because of the metallic treatment it got in the promo images. I think it will look good on a kit in a non-metallic application.
