Zeihan has become the neocon’s PR boy under the guise of being a “geopolitical expert.” I’d put his take on the war along side Ben Hodges and David Petreus- all fantasy fiction.

Correct. Zeihan claims they are packing them with explosives and extra fuel. One -way, remote piloted drone. Cheap, efficient, and evidently tailor-made for the current need.
They can already hit the wellheads south of Moscow, but those won’t halt production. The wellheads on the Siberian arctic, where temperatures can reach
-60 C, are the ones the Ukes expressed a desire to target
