He said that the GOP is stealing - yes, stealing - health care away from citizens.
He said it is not taking but stealing, stealing is when you take away something that is rightfully someone else's. He said since health care is a human right, that all humans have a right to health care, and taking it away is stealing.
Yudelak then went on to say that by stealing health care from millions just so the GOP can line the pockets of the rich instead, that millions will die due to lack of coverage and eventually the death toll will be so high that history books will remember it as another mass murdering event like the holocaust. He said the only fate that will be fitting for the GOP is for them to be executed like the nazis were at Nuremberg.

FDR might call universal health care freedom from fear AND want.
And the Preamble to the Constitution also supports universal healthcare as a legitimate end of government.

Food is a lot more fundamental to promoting the general welfare than health care.

Problem is that those are such general terms they could be interpreted in so many ways.
Free from want? I want a Mercedes. Does that mean I have a "right" to it? Fear? I don't like snakes. Who is responsible for coming to my house and ridding my yard of snakes?

Again a very general phrase. (I understand why the framers did it this way, but today people want to apply their own logic and definitions as to what this means)
As for Healthcare...it could mean that we research and find cures for horrible diseases, not that the government provide free healthcare for everybody. It all boils down to interpretation.
Even Freedom of Speech doesn't mean you can say anything you want anytime.
I am not necessarily arguing that your interpretation is right or wrong. Simply that we can't apply our own definitions and interpretations to our "Rights".
