You aren't going to want me to mention executive privilege here, are you?
Or diplomatic immunity, fwiw
Sometimes there are things in the law, that put certain persons above it. Kinda like that whole 4th amendment thingy, huh?

You cannot charge a president with obstruction of justice
I, for one, don't believe a sitting president can be lawfully indicted for any crime unless Congress first removes him from office.

That’s impressive mental gymnastics even for you, I’m impressed

Dershowitz is purposely leaving out the corrupt intent discussion.
Then post your evidence of Trump performing an illegal act like a bribe, instructing staff to lie, refusing a court order and ordering evidence to be destroyed or hidden.
I’m sure Mueller and his team would love to see it.
Because if that doesn’t exist, there’s no obstruction case to be made.

Funny that the entire genesis of the witch hunt was firing Comey, who was actively obstructing justice, leaking to the press to “resist” Trump, and likely fabricating evidence and changing 302’s

So you can never impeach a president because he can just fire everyone who is investigates him?
How many can he fire and still not be impeached? 3,4, maybe 5?
You can post this 100 times and piss and moan, and it still doesn't make it true.

And you go around telling us that the President can’t do whatever he wants.
A prosecutor who truly believes he can charge anything and do whatever he wants is a perversion of the justice system.
Pretty sad mental handwringing for you.

Believe me.

Why didn't you write that same thing 5 times.
That's what you do normally do when you don't have anything worthwhile to post, just to re-emphasize the fact that you are mostly just a mindless dolt.

I think the Latin proverb went "canimous surdis" (we sing to those who are deaf). In other words Strannix your wasting your breath on on the libs. Not that the libs ever cared about what is legal.

No. You don't got it. Go back and listen to Dershowitz again. This time with your brain (small as it is) instead of your bias.

Which proceeding do you guys claim Teumo was obstructing? Which acts constitute that obstruction. I like to deal with specifics, especially when discussing criminal law...as the elements are pretty clear.

We all know this and Im sure Mueller knows this and thanks to the memo we know the Russian collusion investigation is utter rubbish . So , what is Meuller doing then ? Even after the memo , Paul Ryan / Gowdy said the memo won't affect what Mueller is doing . WTF is he really doing ? Team Trump - probably
He could be building an obstruction case anyway. The next Congress would impeach Trump over it regardless of the constitutionality of it.
Washington is clearly just trying to rid itself of Trump.

It's true.
Like Nixon said "when the President does it, it means it's not illegal ".
