The headline link to the article read
"Trump unimpressed with Army/Navy game".

Here's the link but the headline changes in the article to "Donald Trump didn't seem impressed by the quality of the Army-Navy football game".

Obviously that's a lot different than being unimpressed with the game.

BREAKING: Trump flips bird to neutrality by not switching sides during the game

...even though it's only customary for sitting Presidents to switch sides.

Even the change is disingenuous. Typical hack media.

The target audience of that story doesn't even watch football.

I heard him say that when it aired and thought it could be taken out of context. Yahoo doesn't disappoint.

I watched the whole interview and read the Yahoo story. The story by Yahoo is pure fabrication. They even lied about Navy being a 'ranked' team. They are not. They dropped out after being beaten by a really bad Temple team. They will drop even farther in the 'also receiving votes' list after losing to a really bad Army team.

The game was marred with lots of turnovers by both teams. So, Trump is being excoriated for telling the obvious truth. This is not high quality football but they do have great spirit and a marvelous pageantry about the game.

I was looking forward to the Navy-La. Tech bowl game but now that I've seen Navy's 3rd string QB try to run the triple option I'm afraid this could be an easy win for Tech.

I think people are used to articles like this now and disregard them. Nothing to worry about.

That is the wrong mentality. They need to be called out as "fake news" as frequently and loudly as possible.

This, just another liberal progressive fake news outlet.

I agree. I was just thinking that most people are aware that it's fake news. This election showed that no one trusts them anymore, except the libs and low info's.

Agreed. I know plenty of intelligent people who let themselves be fooled by headlines or snippets like this. Letting them get away with this type of nonsense is the first step they'll take in fabricating stories more and more.

Fake news is a fake.

The fake news thing is a false battle line to distract from the real battle line on the issue.

I agree this is much ado about nothing, but just don't say it. Talk about the history, environment, how hard they are playing. It's just not necessary.
