Would a jury of her peers actually convict Hillary?

I say neither a prosecutor nor Hillary can get an impartial jury. Thoughts?

She'd likely opt for a judge trial

What court would hear the case?

And then have that judge "Fostered."

If I can do it via video-conference setting, I'll serve on jury. Just give me lunch breaks and will do for nothing.
Unbiased peer.

Funny shite that it would ever come to her being on trial. She needs to be punched in the count though.

Spawns of Satan, soulless witches, sith lords... I agree, they wouldn't be impartial.
A jury of humans, maybe, but the constitution does say peers.

Felons cannot register to vote.
So her peers aren't likely to be called for jury duty service.

Hell, I'll pay on my own accord to be a juror. I promise to be unbiased.

It would be worth it just to compile a jury of regular schmos and force her to recognize them as her "peers," conviction or not.

You would have to get her peers out of prison and then we'll see.

I would shite my pants if put on that jury

I'd be happy if they could convince her to plea it down to 3000 hrs cleaning the side of the road as long as they actually make her clean it.
To answer the question, obviously she couldn't get an impartial jury trial, but not many people actually get impartial juries.
