This is completely impossible. A recount that moves the tally more than a couple hundred in any of the states is proof of massive voter fraud and will be the start of a real shooting war.

At least Vitter wouldn't have expanded medicaid and make the budget hole even worse, he wouldn't be raising my taxes to high fricking heaven and make this state one of the most heavily taxed states in the country with nothing to show for it and wouldn't be trying to sue all the big private sector industries, especially oil and gas out of this state.

The better question is will Progressives accept a hail of gunfire aimed in their direction and riots in the streets. Because that's what would happen. The great backlash. It's a very bad time in American history for Leftists to be tinkering with election results. That would be a historic miscalculation with permanent repercussions.

The absolute number of votes makes the probability of the recount being successful virtually nil.
The only way it would be possible would be massive numbers of ineligible voters participating and the only groups of them large enough are illegals and the dead and felons and those groups all vote dem.
