Will the US experience a foreign terrorist attack on US soil in the near future?

The probability that hundreds if not thousands of bad actors have crossed the southern border the past few years is high, we know this because recently FBI Director Chris Wray testified before congress saying the warning light for terrorism in the US is flashing red.

Just imagine a few hundred determined terrorists with the weapons and motivation to wreak havoc on the US electrical grid or other critical infrastructure/services.

A few 50 caliber weapons, some drones, improvised explosives, etc. is all it would take to carry out a few dozen coordinated attacks on critical nodes in the US power grid. If the US grid was knocked offline due to critical primary transformers being damaged it would takes weeks if not months to find replacements because many of these large primary transformers are designed specifically for their placement in the grid. If the grid was down for an extended period of time the average American is scratching their heads wondering what the hell happned and what are they gonna do?

I'm not trying to be doom and gloom, I'm a realist. If 19 terrorists can plot the toppling of the World Trade Center and US intelligence was aware of these 19 being potential terrorist what the hell are we facing now with over 25 million illegals entering the nation since 9/11?

I never believed in a 1000 years we would watch a nation implode from the inside because the Federal government and their Bureaucratic State partners are more concerned about America First populism, they have deemed America First populism as a greater threat than our foreign enemies.
