After Trump finishes destroying the Democrat Parties greatest ally in the MSM in the first four years, will he concentrate on destroying the Dem Party in his second term? What do you see the Democrat Party splintering into? Will the radical wing form its own party? Are there enough moderates left to save the Party? Is there a future for that party if they continue to be controlled by radical leftists. What do you honestly see happening? Are we seeing a nation in which the majority in the future would support the establishment of socialism?

They need an actual platform again instead of a reliance on identity politics.

And hopefully this time, the government stays out of it.

Unfortunately I can see certain sections of the country supporting the radical wing of the Democrat Party. The radicals are a vocal minority now but will their ideology and numbers continue to grow? They remind me of the radical abolitionist that formed a wing of the Republican Party before the War of Northern Aggression. Small minority but very boisterous.

The Dem party is splitting before your eyes...

The more the Dems embrace the Antifa/Bernie/Perez crowd, the more the 40-60 crowd will either not vote or switch parties.

Obama's presidency moved over 9 million voters to Trump.

The issue then becomes within the GOP.

I think that you may be right. We may be witnessing the fracturing of that party.

I would agree to a point that identity politics is a huge part of their platform, the problem the Socialist Party USA has is that they completely abandoned their white working class base who no longer has an investment in the platform.

Higher taxes
Free shite for poors
Race baiting
More poor and dumb immigrants
Racism against whites
Pro Islamic
Globalization
Pro big Wall Street

Lol what a dog shite platform, and they got the worst candidate in US political history.

What scares me as a conservative is that despite all this they actually won the popular vote, sad.

The Republicans have never had leaders are repulsive as Pelosi and Schumer.

Their leaders are more of the gutless wishy washy type.

It is going to be a titanic battle between one side who ardently fights for the wrong things vs. the other that deep down doesn't really stand for anything (at least not the ones who end up in leadership). Gingrich may have been the last leader the Republicans had who was passionate in either chamber.

Our leadership development system is broken. More ought to come from somewhere other than the Ivy League, where getting in is harder than getting out.

I agree that the Dem Party has left the working middle class. I grew up as a Southern Dem and the first Republican that I had ever voted for was Romney. I am ashamed of that vote now. I never voted for Obama but I sat at home and didn't vote for McCain. My family had been Democrat for 150 years. The Democrat Party has gone the way of the globalist/ Wall Street agenda. But you can say that about the establishment Repubs also.

That is scary. It's scary because people are influenced on emotions and the inability to see through the MSM smokescreens. They would rather believe there is a huge wage gap between the sexes and actually believe voting for HRC could change that.

I agree. It really concerns me about the future of this nation. That is why it is so important that Trump destroys everything that Obama established. The Obama agenda/transformation needs completely rolled back and eradicated.

The left has been fighting this war for years and they have been winning. They are in it for the long haul. They have been eradicating American symbols of the past and replacing them with their own. They are reeducating the youth that their symbols and their icons represent this country. They are dominating in their goal of establishing their principles in our education system. Obama pushed socialist government policies. Open borders and massive immigration, increased government welfare. This is about the transfer of power and wealth.

This is why they hate and fear Trump. Trump realizes what is happening and he fights back. They are afraid that he will destroy what they gained under the great enabler.

Yeah..but the repubs never changed that much, while the dems lurched into full retard leftists. Good luck with that. Nothing much more repulsive than a "Hey! Hey! Ho! Ho!" personality type.
