Only an opinion, but to me, the most racist blacks and whites are old and lived through the 50-60s where racism was the worst. However, with social media and irresponsible TV and radio, the media sensationalizes race exponentially. Do you see racism as something that increase or decreases?

Long-term, the US Census suggests 2043 to be the year where the country is no longer white majority. Quite scary indeed. How does this play a role in the long-term race relations in America?

Racism has been decreasing over the last 100 years, I expect it will continue.

It will only decrease if things like these Ferguson riots stop happening.

Not till **** is out of the lexicon of acceptable words at the soonest. Not untill the communities of oppressed minorities realise it is the democrats that have been oppresing them with their social welfare. Not until the minorities learn standing up for yourself is bettering yourself not rioting and looting their own community and their neighbors. Not until they have better role models than al sharpton and jessie jackson. Not until groups like the NAACP actually stand up for what is right, not politically conveniant to line their pockets with the $$ of the race pimps. Not until they truly understand the meaning behind the words of JFK, ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for for country. Not until they understand the meaning behind the great republicans speach that began with, I have dream....... not until people understand that voting themselves free money actually hurts their ability to get,out of poverty.

Eta typorz on tabletz suxxorz.....

No. I see institutionalism and government-sanctioned racism against whites expanding to go against Asians and then eventually against anyone who isn't of sub saharan african descent.

I don't see it that way. The most racist whites are indeed old. My experience is that the most racist blacks are much younger.

No. The educational system in this country will continue to pump out ignorant minorities who will continually blame whitey for their failures. Yet they will continue to elect people who fight to keep the status quo.

Nailed it. This is exactly what has happened over my 60 years of taking a breath. Will continue this way for the next 60 years if clones of Jessie and Al arise from somewhere spewing the same subliminal message of hatred of white people.

I think it has gotten worse the last 6 years.

I think people's sympathy and patience are kind of depleted after Trayvon Martin, Duke LaCrosse, and this nonsense too.

Why would that be scary?

I think whites would still be the largest group.

Based on the released evidence, a logical person would conclude that there was no reason to indict. People are freaking out because they did not get their pound of flesh, not because the system is broken. That concerns me today.
