Why shouldn't women pay for their own contraceptives?

After all, more and more women have better educations, college degrees, are getting better jobs with higher salaries than in the past and have achieved their goal of being independent.
What would it take for them to pay for their own contraceptives?
Don't get a new fancy hair-do as often as they do now.
Don't get their nails done as often as they do now.
Don't buy the latest fashion outfit as often as they do now.
Don't buy as much of the most expensive make-up as they do now.
Don't eat out at a fancy restaurant as much as they do now.
Don't go out partying as much as they do now.
Don't buy as much alcohol and drugs as they do now.
Have the guy they are having sex with pay for it.
And don't say men are getting their Viagra paid for by the government so women should have their contraceptives paid for by the government.
Besides the fact that Viagra is used by men to help women get pregnant, women get the benefit of those hour long hard-ons. They are the ones getting the great orgasms because of it.
I'm sure there are more reasons why women should pay for their own contraceptives.

It really is as simple as that. Insurance covers male only stuff just as it covers female only stuff. Unless you're gay you benefit from this as well. Quit looking for stuff to get angry about.

I'll be 39 this year and I can't remember a time when my BC wasn't covered by insurance in part or whole.
