Why is the media attacking Trump about the Yemen raid?

Honestly, I don't get it at all. The coverage of this is the most blatant example that the main stream media is the most biased entity in America. You should never believe anything they report. Trump should really take them to task on this.

Which part of their reporting wilts you the most?

Good thing media trust is said to be the lowest it's ever been. If not, Trump wouldn't have been elected. We're all gonna make it, brah.

What is the media saying about the Yemen raid? I don't watch that crap.

Does that extend outside of Republicans? I thought I heard that it does not.

They obviously didn't get the memo that Obama has been overseeing a drone war there since his first term in office.
Yemen has been destroyed by the proxy war between Saudi Arabia and Iran. It might be the most complex civil war on Earth and is made even more complex by the fact that the North and South want to be separate countries, with various factions wanting to control each region.

Because a republican is in the white house again
Which means its time for them to again pretend that they care about American and civilian deaths that result from foreign policy decisions made by the president.

Yeah they are trying to fool the public again with lies. Trying to create the impression that Trump ordered the raid even though The Generals all advised him:
"But, Mr. President, it's too risky. We know that you want to make a gutsy military decision like Obama did, but, this raid is too risky and too dangerous. Mr. President, I must warn you and I want this on the record: If you order this RISKY raid, somebody might get hurt. I'M JUST THROWIN' IT OUT THERE."

A Navy SEAL died. Also an 8 year old girl, who's picture was plastered across NBC's webpage

Yep.

Unfortunately, that's what happens when journalists stop reporting the news and expose themselves as partisan blowhards who make up the army wing of the Democratic Party.

Beyond the Seal and civilians, are you candidly referring to reports Don made this decision partly over dinner, etc? Just come out and say what's pissing you off.

quote:Most of the primary objectives were achieved, so it was a success in that regard. A lot went wrong, though that's really on the backs of the planners and advisors at the Pentagon who pulled this OP off the shelf and sold it to the president as his best "can't lose" option for his first operation as CinC. Now I'm sure the media is getting leaks suggesting that there were too many intel gaps to safely proceed and/or that there may be indications that AQ had some foreknowledge of a pending operation. They ran into much more resistance than anticipated.

And what's pissing me off is that I can guarantee you 100% beyond any shadow of a doubt that the media would barely touch on this subject under Obama, and would certainly not paint the raid in anything resembling a negative light. That's not even debatable. You know that this is true just as much as I do.

Maybe it was a trap. For our team going in and Trump.
