Why is it bad to be a nationalist?

I don't really understand it either. I have zero care for races of individuals residing in the US- by that I mean I love them all. I just am 'Merica all the way and think we should put ourselves and our country above the others. It's no different than providing for one's own family first to me.

I honestly don't see that much objection to nationalist. White nationalist is what most people get upset about.
