Why has no one been talking about Obama's straight up LIE!?!

This is what he said on October 18, 2016...

OK so the important part is at 3:20
If Obama knew about Russian hacking, in September but then said this in Oct: HE LIED! Where are all the headlines and news reports? Seriously, do we have any journalists or a free press left in this country?
Oh, and at the end of video, he says it would be important for him & Hillary to concede, if Trump should win, to make sure the American people benefit from an effective gov't. Then why didn't he do just that instead of set traps, spies, and illegal leaks?
