If this shite really has any potential to shake things up, shouldn't that be priced in and shouldn't we be seeing a lot less optimism there? Instead, we seem to be breaking records daily. Does the SEC guy here know more than the market?

Because Russians are poor, and therefor have little impact on the stock market.

It'll care if the same thing happened with the Chinese.

Good question. Why should it "affect" anything?

Because the stock market is comprised of humans with actual intelligence and IQs over 100 who know this is nothing but a media witch hunt.

Naw an actual constitutional crisis wouldn't concern the markets.

They love uncertainty!

Because they figure Trump will get mired down in investigations and not pass his agenda meaning Obamas policies stay in place and the economy keeps chugging along rather than going into a tailspin

Good question. For that matter, why doesn't the stock market seem to care about the ACA?

After all you've seen in your life you still think the stock market moves on this type of political rancor?

It's not the rancor that upsets the stock market, it's governmental uncertainty. Right now the stock market is pricing in no political uncertainty, in spite of LSU1NSEC's attempts to create some regarding Trump's impeachment.

Because political theater isn't taken seriously anymore. It's basically just entertainment at this point.
