Why do liberal comments always seem to pop up at the top of Facebook posts?

It also happens on Twitter, I just thought I was crazy. I'll see some idiot liberal response to a Trump tweet at the top over a much more-liked conservative response.

There's a secret liberal agenda against conservatives on Facebook which makes comments with less votes appear first.

I don't have Facebook anymore but is there a program that can parse text and reliably decipher the political leanings of a post? Honest question for those that are more up to date than me.

Algorithm of number of reactions then likes, number of comments, verification status.
