Ignoring the fact that he desegregated Bama schools, got the death penalty for the leader of the KKK in Bama, and basically bankrupted the Bama KKK through civil suits?

They are in too fragile of a state right now to actually look honestly at why voters went for Trump. Claiming that it was about racism is a cop out. It might be months before they can really do a postmortem on the Clinton campaign.
That and they need a deflection from the Democratic party's move to appoint an actual intolerant radical leftist to the party chair.

These are the same people calling Trump racist even though Rosa PARKS doesn't feel that way nor does several prominent civil rights activists from 60s. The left can't fathom some one with a different view as anything but racist as they are stuck on believing their values are morally superior.
