Why are libs/media insulting a hospitalized patient over receiving supplemental Oxygen?

I don’t understand this obsession that they have over Trump receiving oxygen as a hospitalized patient. He has COVID. That seems like relatively routine treatment.

Because the Press wants to say that Trump was on his death bed because he ignored the "experts". A quick recovery would only reinforce Trumps stance of keeping the country open. Afterall, if a 74 year old recovers over the weekend, why start a Depression over it ?

Two points here, both of which should be obvious to adults. First, people want to know how sick the current president is. That’s just reality no matter who the president is. 2nd, his doctor legit lied about the oxygen yesterday which just made it looks worse. It very well may turn out that he gets over it quickly and is fine. But acting surprised about the “obsession” is just naive.

They wanted him to die. If he was on oxygen it supported that desire. Unfortunately for them he was not intubated which was what they really wanted. They wanted him to have the worst possible case with complications and ultimately death. Sick disgusting people.

If the virus is what they have been hyping then Trump’s quick recovery as a 74 year old fat guy is near miraculous and says much about him

not to be a bitch, but this is incorrect.
To my knowledge, the president while in the hospital never received o2. When he was convalescing in the white house his personal doctor placed him on o2 for a short while.
But when he got to the hospital and everything was set up, he was fine. So he didn't get any o2.
