Who would the police and military back?

If the Deep State/Establishment levies unsubstantiated charges against President Trump, and massive civil unrest occurs, including violence, who would the police and military support? Would they stand down? Would they actively engage citizens who support the President?

The President that gives the orders to the military???

The Commander In Chief. The one they take the oath to.

What if some or most generals side with the Deep State and the Establishment?

Name someone from the deep state.
Literally ...who do you think would give the order on whom to back?

We do.

Well, since the left has demonized the police and military as evil racist bigots, I'm sure the the rank and file will side with the people who support them and the Constitution

I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God." (Title 10, US Code; Act of 5 May 1960 replacing the wording first adopted in 1789, with amendment effective 5 October 1962)
They take the oath to defend it baw! But what oath do they obey orders to?
fricking shill...

And when their pay is withheld at the behest of the Establishment and the Deep State? Or when their generals give the orders to engage US citizens for causing unrest?

Rhetorical question...

Who do those generals report to?
Also, is the police going to side with the people who want them killed?
I don't think the left has thought this through all the way!

And if this happens?
The Senate is part of the Establishment. They are one of President Trump's worst enemies. And they also know that if they put a halt to all of Trump's agenda and any congressional progress for 2 years, then the House may go Democrat in 2018, allowing for potential impeachment.

We are not bound to obey the President if the order is an unlawful one. Same thing goes with anyone giving us an unlawful order, whether that be Admiral Alexander or Petty Officer Smith.

We did not swear loyalty oaths to the president.
To the nation.
We promise to obey orders of the president...as long as they are legit orders.

Then it goes to Pence, baw!
You keep thinking that someone is going to save their asses over this after they have demoralized police and stripped away a legal election of the US.

I fell like this is a legit question, though you'll be blasted for it. More knowledgeable posters on this subject may be able to point out which generals are deep state, but I would think many are in league with the deep state and are against Trump. I suppose what matters is how much in military resources they can control versus the others and how long they could continue to fight a guerrilla campaign and win. If our past is any indication, they wouldn't do well.
