I say that somehow Elizabeth Warren makes it through with a 15 percent chance of winning. Less if people continue to get woke about the left's identity politics.

IMO, Trump will be the determinant factor in 2020. People will either vote for or against Trump.

It'll probably come down to Elizabeth Warren, Cory Booker, and Andrew Cuomo. If the economy is in good shape, they don't have much of a chance. If the economy sucks, they'll most likely win.

If Trump's presidency keeps going the way it is there absolutely no way he is president again in 2020

Don't underestimate the role NK will play. Trump will either earn a Nobel Peace Prize, or hundreds of thousands could be dead in Seoul.

I agree with all of this, except I'd put Castro in front of Warren and Cuomo, the lefties love that queer!

2018 will be the barometer. If the GOP adds to their margins in the House and Senate, 2020 will be looking good for Trump.

I think we may see a Joe Biden resurgence. I'm a Trump supporter but Crazy Joe seems normal when compared to Trump.

This. If the economy is good, people will be reluctant to change ships.

Have you not noticed the only reason Trump seems to be doing bad, is because of the lunatic liberals 24/7 display of bat shite craziness? Almost 7 months and the dem's still are fricking crying.

Unless something goes completely sideways I do not see any democrat beating him. There is a civil war in the democrat party between the neolibs and the progressives. The progressives are turning white voters away with their muh privilege, muh 57 genders, muh coexist with Islamist, and pretty much anything opposite of common sense. The problem with Trump is the neocons can't stand him and they will try to JFK him before the 2020 election.

I reckon it'll be one of the San Antonio Castro brothers, or Corey Booker, or possibly a darkhorse like Sheldon Whitehouse (perfect name for a presidential candidate), and will be portrayed as a new Democrat with strong family values and as fiscally responsible (the national debt and budgetary restraint will become really relevant again).

No way under the sun that Elizabeth Warren or Hillary gets the nod, Biden will be too old, and Sanders is too "out there". If a woman is chosen, look west: California's senator Kamala Harris and Hawaii's highly controversial rep Tulsi Gabbard are each quite appealing candidates.

I also could see Al Franken making a run. He's good enough, he's smart enough, and dog gone it, people like him.
