They both suck as human beings. Should their fathers be judged for that?

I think a key to the Biden is the ex-wife Kathleen. Republicans need to get her to talk.

If she talks, her family will be...dealt with.

She won't say shite, and I don't blame her.

This wasn't when Hunter was a "younger man". I guess, technically, it was, but he was already o the board at Burisma when most of this happened...

Who’s talking about their fathers here?

Hunter Biden would be a loser whether his father was Joe Biden or Joe Schmoe.

Some people are just like that. His late brother Beau was nothing like him. In fact, indications are, Hunter was a millstone around his big brother’s neck.

If either of their fathers were complicit in their sons being used as proxies fo buy access to Washington, yes.

When one is sitting on the board of a corrupt foreign energy company with zero experience while his father is VP and specifically over that country...well...yes.

Yeah, but he didn’t just get the way he is overnight.

Most of us do stupid shite when we’re younger. The bulk of us count ourselves lucky, learn from it and become responsible people. This guy never has. He’s never really had to, being who he is.

Navy is the easiest route for someone that age to join without having to go active duty.

Sure. But at 43, why even do it at all?

You are 43 years old. Your dad is VICE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, and you are literally qualified for NOTHING. I guess that's why.

As someone alluded earlier, it's really quite sad if looked at in isolation.

But, then he's suddenly getting multi-million dollar "deals" while flying on OUR planes with his VP daddy? Yeah, we have shite going on that needs to be blown up to pieces.

He didn’t have zero experience. He graduated from the best law school in the world, sat on the board of Amtrak, worked at the dep of commerce, worked at an ibank & investment law firm, and founded a VC firm

To answer your next question - yes his dad’s political ties opened a lot of doors but that is not uncommon of rich/politically connected families (George W I’m starring at you)

So what experience in gas and energy did he have that qualified him to sit on a board at $50k per month?

And zero experience with a large energy corporation, much less one in a remote former soviet block country.

But that company just happened to be in the purview of the two countries his father was over.

Total coincidence I'm sure. Just normal doors opening for a stellar man with a stellar track record.

BHR Partners, which he cofounded in 2013 had a lot of experience with energy investments in China

This isnt true. His firm, BHR partners, made some significant investments in Sinopec in 2014 and later in Chinese Nuclear Energy

You’re not helping your argument any here. The Biden stink is on China, too.

Investments from a VC firm does not equal experience to sit on the board of an oil and gas company.

I mean is that you Hunter? You seem to be spinning harder than a top in this thread.
