Seems like you skipped over how the south used it for wealth accumulation and power. Benefits from those have allowed many to maintain control politically and influence government in some way or another.

That’s a poorly- argued Marxist construction meant to pit one race of Americans against another . Let’s talk REALITY. As a white, taxpayer in the South , I would presumably transfer some of my wealth to a “ victim” (lol). So let’s look at my immediate family.
In 1865, my paternal line was still 78 years away from being herded in trains and taken to a Concentration camp in Poland. My maternal line was years away from the mass starvation of the potato famine. Mrs Pimp’s Family was 110 years away from the horrors of mass murder, property confiscation in SE Asia. We had nothing to do with American slavery and we had WORSE catastrophes of our own ahead.
Why should we transfer our wealth to anybody? Who pays us ? Why is the suffering from slavery any more significant? The entire concept is an elaborate scam to pander to a specifically historically-illiterate, low IQ , professional black victim class. It’s morally repugnant.

Transfer payments since late 1960s (welfare, EBT, Section 8, EITC)
Inflation adjusted value of housing, food, clothing, healthcare provided to slaves
Inflation adjusted value of capital investment for slave purchases
By the time you add it up, blacks will owe whites money.

Well what about the white slaves. The white indentured, etc. That would result in tons of lawsuits which would then necessarily go to the Supreme Court. Then where would the money come from? A thousand dollars each would do nothing except help the BBQ take out business for a few days and the auto note lots. And multiplied by 50 million people would amount to what...$5 Trillion dollars...give me a break.

Do their descendants not deserve monetary restitution ?
I think my family is in the clear here, but if they start passing out money, .... I do feel like we were enslaved to hard work and education. Where's my check ?

If you go back through history at one time or another just about everyone's ancestors were slaves and owned slaves. This whole thing is beyond stupid.
