I have my top 4 teams:

1 & 2) Ravens and Jags: because the DAs took a knee for US anthem and stood for God Bless the Queen. Don't they know that England transported slaves to America before the Revolutionary War. Hell England practically dominated the slave trade in the Americas by transporting slaves to the colonies to farm tobacco.

3) Steelers: Handled it terrible then trashed the only player that actually stood. A true American hero. The Steelers could have "salvaged" the protest fail by praising Villanueva instead of shaming him into an apology.

4) Cowboys: Splitting hairs is so weak! You kneel which shows solidarity to Kapernick and then stand to avoid the shirt storm that you knew would follow. America's Team? They lost that title!1

This.

They displayed their ignorance and lack of awareness as well as extreme disrespect to the flag and our country and veterans.

Steelers

But the packers and their obviously gay quarterback are trying to top them (not in a gay way)

Baltimore is a majority black city. So no, not the biggest hit.

Jags has no fan base anyways. So no.

Midwest took the biggest hits I would assume.

Steelers, Broncos, and Chiefs would be my guess.

Funny b/c Yahoo and the NFL both won't release the ratings for that game......which was broadcast only on Yahoo.

I think the league as a whole took a massive hit. Their response this weekend will spell out whether they keep hemorrhaging or maybe just slow the bleeding a little bit.

While they're not gonna go out of business or anything, they're losing viewers at an alarming rate. This weekend was like a stab wound. It's like they just found out they have arse cancer and whether they all stand this weekend will be like going in for chemo.

None.

You live in a bubble surrounded by other people in that bubble. Your beliefs are the minority.

Having no data, my gut says Steelers (in terms of overall league PR hit).

Not sure how much PR the Ravens/Jags had but their action was the worst (IMO) because they shite on our country in another country then stood up for another country's anthem after shitting on their own. That is about as bad as it gets.

Yeah, I think they'll take the biggest hit given their blue collar, patriotic base. They're basically the most valuable target demographic that Trump went after and won over.

the optics were so bad sunday and amazingly got even worse on Monday...and then they kept digging a hole on Tuesday.

finally they got dumb athletes to stop talking to the media because everything they said made it even worse than before

personally, I loved every second of it.

Jags and Steelers and Ravens.

I kinda hate it for the Steelers, but oh well. I think they were just trying to NOT piss everyone off.

I saw one comment that said the Villanueva presser looked like a Bowe Bergdahl hostage video

The absolute worst thing I saw was the sonabitch doing stretching exercise on the turf right beside his teammates on the field during the anthem. Surprised that hasn't rankled a few hackles on here.

Check out this lowlife fricker. It's only 30 seconds - about 29 seconds too much for me.

Check it out:
