Which group of "believers" is deceived, Christians or Muslims?

My mother shared with me last night her Pastor recently invited and hosted a group of Muslims (his new friends) in a town hall setting at their church to speak to their congregation to learn more about Islam, as sort of a "look, no need to fear these people, they are kind and sincere loving people". "ask them a question"
...My mother was ticked off about the whole thing, asking her pastor "are you invited to go speak to their congregation, probably not right?"...I laughed and told her it was a good thing to learn and have dialogue with all people!!!.... and she should re-consider attending the next gathering and ask her questions...("Would Christ turn down that invitation?")
With that said, If you had a small group of Muslims speaking to your church offering friendship via your pastor, many thoughts are crossing people's minds, many of which they probably wouldn't want to confess in a public forum.
For me, I would ask the following:
To my fellow Christians, "do you believed Muslims are deceived? Yes or no? Please support your conclusion with scripture." (bible)
If you believe Muslims are deceived, "do you feel compelled to share about Christ? If you do not, what is holding you back?"
To the Muslims, "do you believe Christians are deceived? Yes or no? Please support your conclusion with scripture" (Quran)
"If you believe Christians are deceived, do you feel compelled to share your faith to Christians about Islam? If not, what is holding you back?"
Can you imagine the responses you might hear?
Why are these questions important?
The conflict between Christians and Muslims is well documented for centuries and there is a new movement in America to mock all religions with an attitude "they're all deceived and wasting their time".
Apathy towards religions changes nothing, ignorance and fear is not bliss.
Your thoughts?

I'm pretty sure you can't do this.

My thoughts are frick Islam. People who pretend it is not at odds with our culture and way of life have never actually been to a Muslim country.

Yes, but it's really none of my business what religion they are.

Christians don't have that ability. Our job is to tell everyone about Jesus
Our church has an Arabic ministry

So you don't think Islam has any global objectives?

Excellent point, I edited my question to 'compelled to share about Christ and visa versa

Given the fact that Islam's main prophet was a murderous, raping pedo I'd have to go with Muslims.

Is that internet propaganda or is there Quran text (or other resources) to illustrate this belief?

I think all of you arguing over whose magic man in the sky is better are weird.
How about followers of Mithraism? They may be right.

No board exist.
Islamphobia is talked about every night by the media yet never ask questions "why?"

My question would be, "what is it like to be in a Mesopotamian moon cult?"

I would like to know if they condemn radical islamic terrorist?
Do they think Israel has a right to exist?
How do they feel about sharia law?
What would be my fate,as a Christian,in a muslam country?
Do they truly love America and American values and laws or do they want to impose their views on us?
