Attorney General, Supreme Court, or Senate?

Supreme Court. He's only 45. He could be there for the next 40+ years potentially.

Supreme Court. (30 years of another Scalia)

SCOTUS, but I want him to take RGB's spot for the maximum liberal melt.

Would the Senate actually vote to approve Ted as a Justice?

SCOTUS ultimately but you've got to wait until the GOP holds more senate seats.
I'm telling you - AG for next 2-3 years and then SCOTUS to replace RBG. Left will commit suicide

When the GOP has like 58 seats in 2018 it will be doable. Not doable right now IMO.
