Republican. Leadership.

Agreed. They are a joke. Anybody who wants this country to get back on the right track should detest Boehner and McConnell. I do; my "pet names" for that diabolical duo are Cry Baby and Mr. Magoo.

They suck.

Challenging what? Fighting what?

You haven't even offered anything. You just said "they're lying, somebody do something about it."

I personally do not think that anyone should counter this administration. This entire disaster is the democrats' doing and they need to own it. If any member of the GOP steps in and offers solutions, they will simply default back to the GOP being the problems with the entire clustefrick that is the democrat's affordable care act.

frick them. Let them own it. Elections have consequences. 2014 will be a blood bath.

It's over. Dems are done.

True but the Republicans need to get out in front here, you know the media will do the bidding of the administration even when data comes out that discredits the 7 million number.

Get out in front of what? You seem very butt hurt that they hit the 7 million number of sign-ups.

There's 38 million with no insurance whatsoever. Why is it hard to believe that 7 million of them would want to go sign up for a decent blue cross plan?

Well, when you consider 4.7 million people were given notices their insurance policy was going to be canceled, it puts into perspective that only 2 million may have bought insurance. But, of those two million, how many were Medicare signups and how many didn't pay? LINK

The actual number signing and paying into Obamacare who didn't have insurance before is less than 2 million in my opinion.

You'd have probably believed them if they had said 7 trillion signed up!
Plus you are missing the entire point. This whole healthcare debacle was sold under the guise that millions were clambering for healthcare. In reality, the only reason most are signing up is under threat of tax fines.
Plus as someone has previously posted, earlier when Carney and Sebelius were pressed for enrollment numbers they claimed they had no idea how many were signing up. Then, miraculously right at the deadline, the exact number of signees predicted are proclaimed! Aren't you even a little suspicious at this claim?

The lack of hard figures from the administration. Plus, it depends on the definition of 'sign-up' the Obama administration is adhering to. If sign-up means 'log on,' then you might have a case. Of course, that would be the admin to be a lying sack of shite.

ETA: a want, you avoided answering my question. Why do you liberals have a problem with speaking direct truth?

I can give you two quick answers.
One, this administration lies about everything.
Two, before Obamacare was passed, Nancy Pellosi was stating that the number of people that would be uninsured if it didn't pass was greater than the actual population of the U.S.!

That's because the republican establishment agrees with what Obama's doing. Should be obvious to everyone by now.

Well, you should speak for yourself, and so far, you have chose not to. Really, why make this a game? Truth is simply truth, and not some twisted word speak to perpetuate a deception. Do you support deception?
