It's a great time to be alive! One more cycle like the last one will be the end of the modern day democrat party.
Those who remain will end up being part of the american socialist party, and a thin chapter in American history.

The Whigs maybe. Kinda morphed into the Republican Party under Lincoln.

I've heard that one party or other was finished 5 or 6 times in my lifetime. It's usually followed by said party winning the next national election.
