For clarification, the aformentioned Abi Jee is a 'cultural mediator' for a migrant center in Italy.
I'll see if I can find some of the infographics handed out to refugees in Germany - it's like that they have to be taught very basic civility and respect for others.

It's because they believe that we can socially engineer people towards proper behavior - which is probably true to an extent if one is raised in a particular culture - but to think that a fully grown man can suddenly change his entire value-set and prejudices while living in an alien culture is ludicrious.
