i find it very sad. it has become more divided the more the popular the internet and social media have become.

i'm pretty much as neutral as they come, but i've noticed anything semi pro republican i post on this board gets upvoted like crazy, and anything negative towards republicans gets downvotes and replies calling me cuck. on reddit its the exact opposite.

people are on teams now and if you arent with them you are against them and they have to rush to discredit your opinion.

both parties are perfect in their own bases eyes, or they will pretend they are because "the other party is evil" so i cant admit that mine is wrong on anything

The internet.

People previously didn't talk politics in public in person. Once you could do it from a keyboard it was game over.

Also you can say things in public and claim you never said them. shite you post on the internet is forever.

America has always had big divides.
Always.
We are a Republic.
If you want complete agreement join the Muslim brotherhood or any democratic focus group lol

not even close

the only thing that's changed is the fringes have more of a voice because of the internet. Just look at the insane shite that gets posted on this board regularly. Liberal echo chambers are no better.

For a while. Conservatives just started fighting back today though.

It appears that we can't be friends any longer with the fringe left. That charade is over.

At the end of WW2, the commies started attacking us from within. That intensified with the Vietnam War.

Then they switched their focus to destroying the family and the church.

But it’s always been the commies.

It’s always been divided. We just see and hear information on a level like never before.

election of obama woke up a lot of subconscious hate in the white community and trump has intensified it.
