Does the administration arrest Feinstein for inciting the Muslim backlash?

No, Obama is not up for reelection, thus no scapegoat is needed. This is a distraction, nothing more. The question is, for what?

That is an interesting question. I tend to agree with Feinstein that there was no good time to release the report. I also agree with her tacit point that if there is not a public light shed on what happened, we will be more prone to do it again. I am also of the mindset that, as Americans, we should be better than this, regarding what allegedly took place at the hands of the CIA.

That said, this administration normally releases information like this to hide something else that damages their credibility (all administrations do this to one degree or another).

So, it makes you wonder what is going on.

They already managed to extremely quietly roll out thousands of pages of energy regulations over Thanksgiving. What could be so damning that they need this as a cover when they have all of the "Hands Up! Don't Shoot!" and "I Can't Breathe" stuff already going on?

Gruber - gives MSNBC an excuse to not mention ACA lies at all - concentrate on torture instead.

Of course not - I'm sure there are other youtube filmmakers out there who are not super-rich and well-connected who can be arrested for exercising their free speech rights.

Feinstein would fight back, you see. Nobody wants that.

do it again

You damn right we should do it again!! Denying sleep and pourin' a little water on their head is not torture. Beside you like what is happening now better?? Don't capture and interrogate but just drone 'em and kill em. What's wrong with you?

While I'm all for this approach, its totally Barbaric compared to what's alleged in this report, and its just crickets from the media...

Did you read any of the report. It was a LOT more than waterboarding.
