She will get slapped down again by the LaSC. You cannot draw a map to create a district based on race. That’s illegal.

Now carve us out 2 districts. Reminds me of the lawsuit over having a minority judge district in Terrebonne Parish. Argument was no POC could when a parishwide election for judge. Juan Pickett was already a sitting judge. He ran unopposed so he didn’t count.

I saw a quote , I think it was WAFB, that dick said she would redraw the districts if the legislature didn't.

All of this is a waste of time and money, the entire 5th Circuit will shoot this down eventually.
