What slimey tricks will Harry Reid

Isn't the Senate basically in recess until January?

I believe they do come back in November that is when the CR ends. They need to do a spending bill for sure.

I'm not sure about the process, but a new chairman for the NRC is needed, and that position was previously used by Reid to shut down Yucca.

edit: Should point out that Bush had a hand in that as well.

I wish the Republicans had the balls to put the audio/video of Reid on hand from when he pushed this through for when this inevitably comes. The response would be golden. "Oh really Harry, its unfair? Lets check the tape from a few months ago."
