Not disagreeing there. If you really look into it, which I'm sure you have, it's almost exclusively a virus of choice. You have to actually try to contract AIDS. Similar to working hard at getting fat. Lifestyle choices.

I have no clue, but if I had to guess, it is someone who has sexual relations with heterosexuals, homosexuals, transsexuals, and transgenders.

Actually it is. Your statement listed multiple different types of felonies. What about non-violent felonies only? Could we do it with just that? Could there be stipulations that politicians can't run for office again?
