What is Barack Obama and is Democrat pals going to do with Russia IF they interfered with our elections ?

Escalation of the cyber arms race. Most of it will be classified, but they'll probably hack Russian systems and make sure the Russians know who did it (without being able to prove it to anyone else). I can assure you stuff like this is going on and was going on before the election.
The U.S. has been a big player in espionage via computer exploitation. It's sort of an open secret nowadays. Look at Stuxnet and Flame as just two examples. Both of those pieces of malware were created by NSA.
The problem I have is that all this hacking back and forth really solves nothing. You can hit the Russians with a power grid outage to teach them a lesson, but that's only going to make them mad. They will do the same to us eventually. And a power grid outage will be a big deal -- it will disrupt our economy and probably cause a few deaths.
America is really good at attacking other systems but we suck at defending our own infrastructure (especially in the private sector, which is really what matters to the average citizen). It won't be that hard for the Russians or Chinese to hit us back BIGLY. I hope Trump takes this into consideration.

he's going to threaten them, then putin will laugh, and then trump will take over on jan 20. There's less than 50 days till trump, what do you want barry to do? Start a war with the russians?

If he discovers a foreign leader interfered in an American election and has a problem with the action then perhaps his most prudent course would be to apologize to Bibi Netanyahu.
