What I did this weekend in Colorado to hate masks and make sure others knew it

Many talk the talk when it comes to mask hatred but how many walk the walk.

Mask hating has become a mission of mine. Although not needed where I live in Texas as mask mandates are not a thing anywhere. But knowing I would be in Colorado where masks are still a thing, I was ready.

First of all I drove from Fort Worth to Denver with this on the back of my car the whole way:



I didn't get any negative responses but got positive honks and thumbs up from other drivers, and two positive comments at gas stations in Amarillo and Raton, NM.

I checked into my hotel in the Denver area and these signs were plastered everywhere, at least a dozen in the lobby if not more:





No one except the employees were obeying it, though. I think the people staying at this Westin are over masks, as everyone in the lobby had no mask. The only masks I saw were an older couple who refused to get on the elevator with me since I was maskless. If masks work... why do they care whether or not I have one?

Anyway, here is what I thought of this mask requirement:



About an hour ago I went to a Target in suburban Denver to get some necessities for my trip like a case of water bottles. Target is requiring masks, and unlike the lobby of the Westin, I would say pretty much everyone was wearing masks. I didn't, and did my shopping without any employee saying anything to me. Only saw maybe 5 others in the store with no mask. A guy in a motorized cart said something to me but he was the only one and I just ignored him. Mask shamers want you to react, and it makes them the most triggered when you ignore them. That's what I learned when refusing to wear masks in San Diego and Las Vegas despite mandates. Don't even acknowledge them, it will make them mad.

Anyway, frick masks.
