He has been an ok Potus.
He should have done more when the dems controlled congress. However he made a lot of concessions to the GOP instead. I think he wanted to be someone that could be seen as working with both parties and moderate. That backfired though, the GOP hatedhim with a passion from day 1 and it was a lost cause.
Since missing that opportunity, he has not been able to accomplish much of anything. He is hamstrung by our worst congress in our history right now.
So, I think he goes down as pretty inconsequential. Good intentions, but never really got much done.

He did beat McCain in 2008. And I was dumb enough at the time to have wasted my vote on McCain when I could have wasted it on a better loser.
