The Iranians have a spotty past when it comes to the Shia vs. Sunni fight. I'd be more inclined to agree with you if Iranian leaders and government officials hadn't directly, and indirectly, helped Sunni terrorists ranging from complicity in the 9/11 attacks to direct action operations in Southern Iraq.
In other words, Iran is lying their arse off.

I doubt you would "likey" if Iran using ISIS as a pretext to invade its old enemy Iraq to "control" them and help the people of Iraq from such a threat.

They already control the Iraqi government. Maliki was their puppet more than he was ours.
