WH Planned Nord Stream 2 Sabotage Before Invasion

So we had our suspensions and some circumstantial evidence that the US blew up Nord Stream 2.
Apparently this planning started in Dec of 2021 and they had a plan before Russia even invaded Ukraine.

So this WH can be this aggressive with Russia and continues to be this aggressive, but they are too chicken sh!t to shoot a balloon down. But I digress.
This puts Biden's threats to Russia about Nord Stream in a new context now. Because when he said this, there was a plan in place already.
""If Russia invades... again, then there will be longer Nord Stream 2. We will bring an end to it."
When asked how he would do that, he responded, "I promise you we will be able to do it."

They are barreling us into a Russian War in Europe with no attempt of peace talks, but in fact squashing a peace agreement that Ukraine had negotiated with Russia in March/April of 2022. I'm afraid this proxy war will be a full blown hot war.

Also, Biden pretty much pre-emptively admitted to it in early February 2022.
He assured the world that if Russia invaded Ukraine he can stop Nord Stream. This is the time frame that they came to the WH with a plan of how to do it.
