This seems pretty lazy. The only thing that appears to be missing from the “proof” is a jury, or a mechanism to confirming the evidence is sufficient proof. When prosecutors are playing games and running cover, that becomes a whole lot more difficult.
Not only is the laptop real, Joe is the big guy. Four years of obscurity should not be equated with lack of proof. Everything has been admitted at this point.

Who didn’t see this happening after the arrest was made, twice.

That's not how our country works. You are not guilty until proven innocent. The onus is on the justice system to prove the allegation true.
