Dude. The courts just ruled the republican front runner must pay nearly 400 million for “fraud” when there is not a single injured party.

Prove what?

And you can now add to that "Hunter confirming before a House committee that Joe was indeed 'the big guy' being referenced".

So we have written communications, pictures, money transfers and testimony, all of this often from multiple sources and somehow the WH still thinks there's still some level of plausible doubt?

Hunter Biden is a private citizen, how is it appropriate for the White House to be knighting for him?

While clearly I’m no fan of the Biden’s it’s not their job to prove it isn’t true. You can’t disprove a negative. They’ve gone above and beyond to keep anyone FROM proving it though, and there’s a lot of (I believe well deserved) smoke around their finances because I believe they’re a crooked as a mountain road. Again though, prove it

This seems pretty lazy. The only thing that appears to be missing from the “proof” is a jury, or a mechanism to confirming the evidence is sufficient proof. When prosecutors are playing games and running cover, that becomes a whole lot more difficult.

Not only is the laptop real, Joe is the big guy. Four years of obscurity should not be equated with lack of proof. Everything has been admitted at this point.

Fox could always tell Joe to demand in one hand and shite in the other.

Problem is, he’d do just that.

I mean, if you’re asserting defamation, yeah that’s pretty much what you have to do.

“We demand a retraction from Fox News for calling Hunter Biden a crackhead!

He is no longer on crack but is smoking a lot of meth!”

The important, and necessary part. We’re sliding past proof and the seriousness of the allegations is the only thing that matters. I’m not comfortable with that.

Sort of the point, we’ve somehow got to restore that or we’re really screwed.

No argument there. But at some point it needs to land in front of a court, and let the facts come out into the sunlight.

Neither party wants that

They arrested the guy twice for the same reason after using as a C I for 15 years. Now not allowed bail on him but that is just one of many instances of Biden’s corruption

HOPEFULLY, he won't have a 'suicide' while there...

Who didn’t see this happening after the arrest was made, twice.

They weren’t afraid of him fleeing, they were afraid he would talk and provide evidence and why they arrested him again.

While I agree with your post in general, because FJB, this is bullshite:

quote:

First, prove the allegations are false

That's not how our country works. You are not guilty until proven innocent. The onus is on the justice system to prove the allegation true.

“As you of course now know, the source of this allegation has been federally indicted for making the whole thing up,” Sams continued. “Despite this, Fox has taken no steps to retract, correct, or update its reporting on this false allegation from 2023.”

So...... the "made up" allegations which are supported by evidence are false?
In what upside down reality do these people live?
