Wearing masks is a cheap and easy way to virtue-signal. That's it. If that's how you roll, at least own it -- otherwise you should know they do no one any good for yourself or other people. That's all.

There is not a lot of mask wearing in my area. I saw 5 customers (out of maybe 100) today wearing a mask in our store. 4 of them were wearing them incorrectly

Jax just today implemented mandatory masks...
I would say >80% of the masks i see are fabric / poorly worn/ designer pieces ...and have about as much chance of stopping a 3micron virus as i do of stopping ...Najee Harris.

Was hiking today in Colorado. One couple on the trail was hiking in face masks. When we approached they got off the trail 4 feet and turned their backs to us. I’m sorry, that Is asinine.

Do you understand that the mask isn’t intended to protect you, but rather stop the spread of the virus? Even a thin cloth can catch a lot of the droplets that are sprayed when you breath heavy, talk, sneeze and cough. Those things are how coronavirus is spread. Especially indoors and in close proximity.
If you don’t want your family and loved ones to catch it, I suggest you wear a mask in public indoor places and stay 6ft away from people. Stay home if you have symptoms.

Same thing wearing a mask. It's to protect others (and yourself) from spreading of the virus even more. They unfortunately have to make laws to force you to wear them in public since you can't be a decent human being and look out for others.
