I'm all for giving these people help
But Obama is treating these immigrants like one would treat a friend who been there through thick and thin while being ignored. Obama has lost all his other friends because times are tough, and now he puts that friend who's been there the whole time 1st now. That friend(Immigrant) wasn't important beforehand but now they are when Obama hasn't got much left. Obama wants us to all act like he cared for that friend the whole time. Obama only is caring right now because he's got nothing left. Obama's intentions aren't true, and that matters to those who value honesty and our laws. Plus, those who've actually paid money and given time to become a legal citizen here. Are getting the shaft by Obama. He jsut told these people to go to the back of the line regardless if they'd been standing in line for hours or not. That's so not fair.
Obama is on the last girl who hasn't said no to him. If that girl know this, ones with moxy will tell Obama where to go.

If we are a nation of immigrants, when do we stop being a nation of immigrants?
I mean, France and pretty much every Western European nation is made up of barbarian tribesmen who immigrated there from 100 to 500 AD. Are they still nations of immigrants?
My mother's side of the family has been in what is now the United States since the 1600's. My father's side of the family has been here since the early 1700's.
At what point do (did?) my families lose the "immigrant" label?
We are a nation FOUNDED on immigration. Starting today, if we never let another immigrant into the USA, we would be just fine. That wasn't the case in the 1700's and 1800's. Back then it was necessary.
I have a hard time buying the argument that immigration is still necessary to sustain our nation's success and survival.

Well,it would seem, that the American dream is for illegals? Are own American children don't have full fledged rights until their eighteen. And the ones they get are through their American parents. Where are the benefits of being a United
States Citizen? My family came over he in the late 1600's and they made this county what it use to be, fair,free and sound! Many of our people died fighting for our freedom!

Let's do a mass crossing of the border into Mexico and/or Canada. They would deport us all without question. There is a legal process to immigrate into all countries. Why do we have to apologize for laws that benefit the citizenry of this country? No other country in the world would say forgive and forget. Deport the illegal aliens and, if the country wants more immigrants from Mexico, make the process easier.
