Israel said if Hezbollah also attacks them, they (Israel) will destroy Damascus. This would be Isaiah 17 prophecy playing out:

Threads like these are a good reminder that Evangelicals and their whacked out religious ideas are some of the biggest Israel supporters in existence.

I don't think Israel wants to use small tac nukes, but if Hezbollah decides to take advantage of this situation and no one assists Israel is being attacked by Hamas and Hezbollah indirectly and maybe even directly from Iran I could see them using one in Lebanon and/or Syria.
Unfortunately this administration is in the pockets of Iran and China too much to be any type of mediator for Israel.
The other more likely option is China comes in and brokers peace once again undercutting the America's seat in the world stage and strengthening theirs. Liberals and simpletons won't see the harm in this but it will be crippling to the US in the long run.
