Morning Joe host, Joe Scarborough made that declaration this morning after Flynn's resignation. Trump better find the moles in his inner circle and then do whatever it takes to show "Washington" this is not the same bought and paid for politicians that "Washington" is used to dealing with.

Trump needs to let the establishment know the swamp will be drained even it it means a complete evisceration of the entrenched political elite.

Shots have been truly fired and Trump better get ready for anything and everything the "Washington Elites" have ready to undermine and weaken his presidency.

Trump needs to make Washington work for him instead of constantly attacking them. That's why Trump is losing.

He needs to get his act together, then. He looks like an incompetent fool sending out Spicer, KellyAnne, Miller, etc. All he's done so far is issue a bunch of Executive Orders that were prepared for him and go to Mar-a-Lago every weekend.

He needs to get serious, stop tweeting about Nordstrom's and Mark Cuban, and do what the people sent him there to do. Is he capable?

Does he really hire the best people?

They all look like they're in over their head. Part of that is normal. It's early. But, don't blame Washington and stop playing the victim.

Now they're losing their minds. They're trying desperately to make this into a whole lot more than it is. Think I heard the well worn "what did he know and when did he know it?" Thrown around about a dozen times this last segment.

They've got some asshat who started out by talking about how the "Russians hacked our elections!" And he even said this "hacking" was as bad as 9/11 and Pearl Harbor. That's right, some Democrat lackey is stupid enough to leave his email password as "password" and in this guy's mind it's as bad as thousands of Americans being slaughtered without warning. Of course he followed this up by saying Flynn's resignation is the biggest scandal since Watergate.

And they wonder why nobody takes them seriously.

The British thought that about the colonists also. Major legal changes in government doesn't happen overnight. Judging an administration three weeks into office and saying it's losing or lost is like coronating the Falcons SB champs after the first half. It's a long process.

Forget for a moment the Flynn story (although obviously nothing like this has ever happened in the history or our country, much less though out all of humanity, and will forever scar the legacy of the founding fathers and every true and just impulse ever by the people of the USA blah, blah, blah... ). But does 'Washington winning' really represent what the people want or -more to the point- what is good and best for the country?

I know, representative government, democratic republic, blah, blah, but isn't the reality that today, 2017, 'Washington' has become nothing more than a conglomerate of political/corporate/financial/media/academic elites who act in their own, extremely narrow interests? Can this really be denied, even now? And is any 'victory' by this small group really anything to be celebrated, much less trusted?

Guess this moron was asleep in the late 1990s when for only the 2nd time ever a President went through the impeachment process.

When Trump promised to drain the swamp it was a promise to the American people. What Trump does not want to do is fool himself into thinking that most of the residents who inhabit the DC Brothel can change their corrupt behavior.

Flynn was just a warning to Trump to let him know how the game will be played and Trump will not be given a copy of the rule book.

Think about, the worst thing Flynn did was lie to Pence and Trump about speaking with some Russian diplomats and if Trump believes Flynn should go that's fine but in the scope of "big league" politics no harm was done to the US.

I hate to go back to the Obama administration to illustrate my point but when HRC and Susan Rice went on their MSM weekend blitz blaming the Benghazi deaths of Amb Stevens and several security personnel on a youtube video not one person in the Obama regime resigned over that fiasco and the MSM as usual ran cover for that Leftist Regime!

Bottom frickin line is Trump does not need to make Washington work for him unless that means blowing that cesspool clear the hell up! Time for Trump to get all the dirt he can on the "Washington Elites" and hold that shite over their heads as he pushes for congressional term limits......., if/when Trump calls for term limits watch how these people redefine the word unhinged!

Yep, that's how you win. Put the pressure on your opponents. They would do the same to you

Joe played nice with Trump for awhile during the primaries and had Trump calling into his show and then Trumped kicked his arse to the curb.

Not sure what caused their falling out but Trump put the dump to Joe and Joe went full retard against Trump.

Trump isn't losing. He's in the White House, with all of its power and all of its glory. He will go for the throat, Deep Throat, that is.

You cannot remove the entrenched Washington, D.C. power structure and leave them alive.
